FIELD: composition materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous suspension of inorganic fibers, mineral powder-like fillers and synthetic binder at their ratio 120:135:17, respectively, and addition of water-soluble compound showing flocculating and complexing action followed by forced removal of liquid phase and heat treatment. The source of addition showing flocculating and complexing action: water-soluble compound taken from the group involving polyacrylamide, polyethylene oxide, copolymer of acrylamide and dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate hydrochloride, polydimethylaminoethylmethacrylate acetate, alkylated polymers of methacrylic acid β-aminoesters, alkylated copolymers of methacrylic acid b-aminoalkyl esters with N-vinylpyrrolidone as 0.03-3.0% aqueous solution taken at concentration 0.02-0.4 wt. -% of total mass of all components (measured as dry matter). Optimal (the best) technical result is obtained using polyethylene oxide with molecular mass above 3.0 x 3,0·10⁶ or copolymer of acrylamide with dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate hydrochloride with molar part of acrylamine 50-80% as water-soluble high-molecular compound.
