FIELD: water craft. SUBSTANCE: outer envelope of float-ski embraces inner inflatable envelope and cut at the top for assembly of float and soft rib at the bottom which may be used as keel or may be retracted inside float when envelope is turned inside out; inner inflatable envelope has through hole which is tightly closed; mounted between outer and inner envelopes in lower portion of float is longitudinal stiffening member which may be made in form of framing member of independent rigid beams enclosed in soft packing; mounted in cut of outer envelope and in through hole of inner inflatable envelope is leg attachment unit which is arranged inside float and rests against longitudinal stiffening member; this unit is located in rigid well having flat horizontal bottom and vertical walls. Well is detachably connected with edges of cut in outer envelope. EFFECT: rather light and rigid structure of water skis possessing good service properties; ease in use and low cost. 2 cl, 4 dwg
