FIELD: microbiology, combined fodder industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves press wetting and sowing. Press wetting is carried out up to the moisture 62-65% with solution of native brown proteinless liquor containing 8.5-9.2% dry matter in which the following mineral salts were added up to the complete dissolving as g/l: ammonium hydrogen phosphate 1.5-2.0; magnesium sulfate 0.4-0.5; potassium hydrogen phosphate 0.5-0.6; potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.3-0.4 followed by substrate pH bringing up to 5.0-6.0, sterilization at 115 C for 40 min and cooling. The source of microorganism culture is fungus strain Pleurotis ostreatus ИБК-1019 at concentration 5-10% of substrate mass. Process of solid phase fermentation is carried out at 28-30 C for 5-7 days.
