FIELD: biotechnology, food industry. SUBSTANCE: culturing is carried out by method of solid-phase fermentation of vegetable substrates using 1-2 wt. -% filtration sediment obtained at beet diffusion juice defecation as an intensifying agent of biosynthetic activity.
