FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: process relates to production of crystalline milk sugar and involves cleaning of lactose-carrying solution, its crystallization in vacuum by concentration of solution, starting of crystals, their growth and crystallization of produced crystal mass by cooling. In process of crystal growth agitation of crystal mass is conducted by its vibration with harmonic oscillations with their intensity 100-170 cm2·c-3 to keep crystals in suspended state.
