FIELD: laser location; laser location systems providing for high-accuracy location of coordinate rates of remote objects and pointing of laser beam to selected object so as to deliver information signal. SUBSTANCE: series-connected and optically coupled transceiver has laser 7 with trigger unit 8, first semi-transparent mirror 9, optical quantum amplifier 10 with trigger unit 11, and first nontransparent mirror 12, as well as photodetector 19 with control unit 20 whose output is connected to input of control computer unit 21 connected through its outputs to trigger units of laser and optical quantum amplifier; in addition, it is provided with series-connected and optically coupled space-time optical beam modulator 1 with control unit 2, insulating plate 3, polarized light filter 4, second semi-transparent mirror 5, and first shaping optical system optically coupled with transceiving telescopic system, second nontransparent mirror 16 with aperture 17, second shaping optical system 18 optically coupled with photodetector 19, additional radiation source 22, light filter 23 with control unit 24 and beam expander 25, third nontransparent mirror 27, diffraction grating 24, and control pulse shaper 26 whose outputs are connected to inputs of control unit 2 of space-time optical beam modulator 1.
