FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has a contour-following member in the form of two discs mounted on vertical posts symmetrically with relation to a tool beam and rotating free on vertical posts. The discs are installed on axles inclined to the horizontal, towards the tool beam. The working members of the device are constituted by a system of plate fields equispaced radially around the disc circumference. Cutters located near the contour-following disc are parallel thereto while their end portions are bent vertically. The vertical posts are capable of moving up and down, right and left.
