FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device contains working elements, each attached onto a rotary post. Each working element is represented by a rotary tiller with a vertical rotation axis. The cutting edge of the rotary tiller blades is shaped as an equilateral hyperbola. The rotary tiller is attached to the butt-end part of the post that is fixed in bearings and has a rotary drive from a hydraulic motor. The post with the bearings is mounted on a rotary rod controlled with the help of a hydraulic cylinder.
EFFECT: proposed design solution enables reduction of labour intensity of the crops tending process.
