FIELD: domestic appliances. SUBSTANCE: device has a trolley with at least one bearing rolling body of revolution mounted thereon. The rolling body is made in the form of cylindric working unit with horizontal axis of rotation. The device has also a rod fixed on the trolley, handles made in the form of bell-crank connected with the rod at an angle and damping device joined to the handles. The handles are rotatably mounted to enable the device to be switched from the working position to the transportation one. The damping device has shock absorbers fixed above and below the axis of rotation of each of the bell-cranks to ensure engagement with bell-crank arms.
