APPARATUS FOR APPLYING COMPRESSIVE ANASTOMOSES Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for applying compressive anastomoses comprises tubular casing 1 housing rod 2 having resilient head piece 3 with attached dissectable element 12. Casing 1 further comprises control handle 7 hinged secured on pivot 8 for cooperation by its working end 6 with movable pipe 5 attached to hollow cylindrical knife 4, shock-absorbing connecting compressive ring 10 with opening 13, gear ring 11 of locking needles 14 with harpoon-like sharp points 15 lodged in openings 13, flat connecting compressive ring 9, mechanism for presetting piercing gap 17, and stop 26 for control handle 7. Said gear ring 11 of locking needles 14 is arranged on dissectable element 12 mounted in form of shock-absorbing ring bottom having additional cavity 1010¹. Flat connecting ring 9 is disposed at axial end of casing 1 provided with annular groove 16 adapted to receive locking needles 14. Annular groove 16 is disposed opposite flat connecting ring 9 and locking needles 14. Said mechanism for presetting piercing gap 17 is made in form of Г--shaped leaf spring 19 secured by its one end to spring-urged sleeve 18 capable of cooperating with pipe 5, while other end of Г--shaped spring 19 has profiled opening 20 capable of cooperating with bore 21 formed in rod 2. Control handle 7 is provided with axially mounted auxiliary lever 23 capable of cooperating with stop 26 and with spring-urged built-in flat spring 25.
