FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves dissecting a tricuspid valve cusp with partition beginning with the free border in the direction of the fibrous ring. The direction angle and form of the incision is determined depending on interventricular wall defect location. The defect borders are opened by pulling apart the dissected fragments of the cusp. A patch is grafted by sewing it with separate U-shaped stitches all around the perimeter. Plastic reconstruction of the cusp is carried out by means of double-row continuous atraumatic suture. EFFECT: prevented residual by-pass effects.
