FIELD: medicine, cardiovascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: semilunar monocusps (one or several) are formed of the wall of operated vessel as it is by keeping their vascularization. To prevent sagging of monocusp's free edge the latter is strengthened by fastening it by a blanket atraumatic suture, then monocusp's edge reverse stopping devices are made of traumatic ligatures. Hermetic nature of vessel's wall is restored by fastening adjacent tissues as a patch into vessel's wall defect, for example, a fragment of vascularized pericardium or that of fascial theca in which peripheral vessel under operation passes. EFFECT: higher efficiency of the method. 5 dwg
