FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should apply ligatures of suture through fibrous parts of epicardium around the defect to obtain closed line of uninterrupted suture. Moreover, the stitches being beyond the tissue have got the length of about 0.5-1.0 mm, and stitches coming at the depth of 3.0-3.5 mm have got length of about 4-5 mm. Then ligatures should be pulled up. The suture should be tightened and knotted due to forming a supporting ring as crimped epicardiac line out of fibrous tissue parts. Then one should fix an intracardiac implant to this ring, moreover, the needle at puncturing in should be applied under the ligature of the first marking-reinforcing suture. Moreover, it is necessary to capture the suture and epicardium-underlying ligature being under epicardium and fibrous parts. The innovation enables to enhance hermetic nature of anastomoses under development, decrease the risk of intracardiac disorders of cardiac conducting pathways, suture deformations of intracardiac structures, and, also, improve the results of surgical interference.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation.
