FIELD: disposal of solid rocket fuel.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises two tanks for components of the composition mounted on a vehicle and connected with pumps, static mixer for permanent operation, control desk, and compressor and lines for supplying compressed air to the spaces of the mixer provided with pressure regulator. The housing of the static mixer is made of tube with charging and discharging lids and receives the flow splitter composed of a set of working members made of alternating sections of the double-threaded screw with left and right screw cutting with central core.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
