FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: cutter shaft has housing with trapezoidal and rectangular grooves, wedges with fixing screws having capability to set against smaller side of trapesoidal groove with its heads, cutters with shaped cutting edges which width do not exceed depth of rectangular groove. Fixing screws rest against greater side of trapesoidal groove with their rod part. Proposed cutter shaft differs from known one by bigger versatility thanks to expansion of range of dimensions and configuration of separable cutters. EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of known cutter shaft by reliable anchoring of narrow cutters with shaped cutting edge with wedges. 5 dwg
