FIELD: radio electric industry. SUBSTANCE: a tetrabutoxy titanium solution resulting from electrolysis contains tetrabutoxy titanium, butyl alcohol and lithium chloride. The solution is mixed with an aqueous barium hydroxide solution. The temperature is 80-85 C. The mixture is kept for several hours, the precipitate is separated and dried at 90-100 C. Barium titanate has Ti to Ba ratio of 1:1. The chlorine ion content is less than 0.05% The yield is quantitative. EFFECT: more efficient preparation process.
