SUBSTANCE: expanding addition has, wt.-% alumina slag 4-6; gypsum dihydrate 22-24; blast furnace granulated slag 60-69, and SiO2-base waste of wet iron ore concentration 5-10. Cement density with proposed addition is up to 2400 kg/m3, compression strength is 41.75 MPa; bending tensile strength is up to 6.75 MPa, and self-tension is up to 5 MPa.
