Expanding additive contains 40-50 wt % of alumina-containing component with alumina content 20% and 50-60 wt % of sulfate-containing component with at least 35%. sulfur trioxide content. Concrete is characterized by axial elongation value 1.1- 1.3 that of estimated value and water permeability 8 to 20 atm. EFFECT: improved characteristics. 1 tbl
