FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of 50-80% solution of low-molecular oligoetherurethane as polymer solution. Low-molecular oligoetherurethane has 0.3-3.0% terminal isocyanate groups. Method involves dispersing in solvent in 1-10% solution of copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride in water. Oligoetherurethane solution in organic solvent can be prepared before dispersing via the stage of prepolymer synthesis. Mean diameter of fibrous particles is 10-80 mcm, mean length is 100-2000 mcm, softening point is 110-180 C. Product is used for film material producing. EFFECT: improved method of synthesis.
