FIELD: polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing composites based on chlorovinyl polymers processed by methods of rolling, extrusion, casting under pressure and by dissolving technology for preparing elastic film materials, covers, glues, show soles, hoses and articles of medicinal designation. Composite is prepared by mixing chlorovinyl polymers, polyurethanes, stabilizing agents and special additions. As polyurethane 25-95 mas. p. p. of oligourethane is used with content of free isocyanate groups 0.8-6.0% synthesized from oligodiol, diisocyanate and low-molecular chain lengthener. Mixing is carried out by extrusion method in the presence of 0.01-40 mas. p. p. of low-molecular plasticizing agent to obtain the composite as rods that are cooled in water bath, granulated and hardened additionally in air at storage. Invention provides the improvement of technological properties of composites in granulated form and to improve their processing capacity also by rolling, extrusion, casting under pressure and by dissolving technology. The strength limit value in film extending prepared by this method is 34 MPa, elasticity modulus at 100% elongation is 6.5 MPa and relative elongation is 520%.
