SUBSTANCE: device for replacing switch has hoisting mechanism, flat car 1 on which support 2 is mounted which is secured to posts 3. Support 2 consists of trusses 5 whose tops are interconnected by beam 6. Component of switch 7 resting on support is fixed relative to it by mechanism 8 fastening the switch. Welded to longitudinal beam are brackets 9 to transmit force from mechanisms of drive 10 to support for its change-over from transportation (inclined) to loading-unloading (horizontal) positions provision of falling within clearance limits. Secured along longitudinal axis of turning support at its ends are two axles 11 rotating in bearings 12 mounted on posts 3. Installed also on posts 3 are mechanisms 4 locking the support and switch relative to flat car that ensures safety in transportation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
