FIELD: railway transport; rolling stock. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, post 2 and skid 3 with rail lubricating surfaces operating in turn and arranged at angle relative to each other. Lubricating working surface of skid 3 is pressed to rail by spring 4 with force P adjusted by bolt 5 to provide constant contact with rail. Skid 3 is hinge-connected with post 2 for constantly following the position of inner face of rail head. Hinge joints 6 installed on post 2 in slots 9 of skid 3 provide copying of side surface of rail when passing over joints and curvilinear sections of track by working surface of skin and also at swinging of bogie inside track gauge. EFFECT: improved reliability of rail lubrication.
