Load-lifting device for loading and unloading long-length railway rails contains a crane beam, equipped with a cargo carriage with a lifting hook and a rail grip mounted on it, equipped with a base made in the form of metal plates, a vertical stand, mounted with the possibility of rotation. The crane beam is hinged to the post and is provided with two horizontal mounting elements and supports hinged at the ends of the horizontal mounting elements. The supports are made with the possibility of adjusting the length, and the lower part of the supports is mounted on the base with the help of hinges.

EFFECT: loading and unloading of rails from the floor of the platform to the side of the railway track is provided, as well as the exchange of rails within the gauge of the platform.
