FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: calibrated and standard transducers are placed into atmosphere with temperature profile variable in space and time. Temperature is controlled by standard uniformly distributed transducer moved in steps along calibrated transducer over sections X (X=1, n). Length of standard transducer is equal to required value of spatial resolving power of thermal profile meter, that is to specified step of movement. On each section standard transducer measures section temperature τ and resistance q(x,τ) of calibrated transducer for different temperature profiles at time moments n+1 times. Obtained values are used for solving n systems of n+1 equations with reference to unknown calibration coefficients Bx and bxi. EFFECT: improved authenticity of calibration of distributed temperature transducers directly at points of their location. 2 dwg
