FIELD: nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: scanning head for ultrasonic tests is provide with valve to feed contact fluid into space between converter and corrugated sealing and to disconnect it as well as with ergonomic holder. Pressing part of key of valve bulging above holder surface is positioned in zone of converter axis which makes it possible to integrate natural pressing of head to article with feed of contact fluid and to provide for its stability.
