FIELD: disintegration of materials. SUBSTANCE: mill comprises housing with top and bottom covers, branch pipes for supplying pulsating energy carrier, charging branch pipes, and discharging branch pipe. A gas energy carrier serves for moving the material inside the charging branch pipes. The ring collector, collector provided with nozzles pivotally connected to the collector, and additional ring collector are arranged coaxially to the housing. The chambers are defined by the additional ring collector coupled with the main collector through radial walls between the nozzles. One chambers are fed with air through the branch pipes and passageways. The other chambers are fed with air through the branch pipes and openings. The gas, which is preliminary compressed and accelerated by the pulsating energy carrier, is fed through the nozzles. The pulsations of the gas in adjacent collectors are shifted in phase.
