FIELD: fine grinding of materials. SUBSTANCE: mill has shell 1 with two grinding chambers communicating with each other through channel lined with rebound plates, rotors 4 made in the form of discs with speed-up vanes. Channel walls are provided with slots 11 positioned at the intersection of line passing through centers of two rotors with walls of chambers. Plate located at the edge of slot may be turned at an angle and vane part nearest to center of rotor may be curved in direction of rotation. EFFECT: enhanced quality of milling. 3 cl, 3 dwg
