FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: packet of petals is placed in the ring-shaped turning of the housing. The petals have L-shape and a gap for the fixation located from the periphery side. The opposite side of the petal is made bevelled. The turning in the housing has L-shaped cross-section. The petals in it are mounted on the basis of forming a cavity in the form of a frustum. A fastening member in the shape of a glass with the exterior conical surface is placed in the stated cavity. Distance fingers on the basis of contacting with the petal surfaces are placed in the housing coaxially with it along the circumference passing through the turning middle.
