FIELD: production of disperse diamond powders. SUBSTANCE: portion of preserved carbon-containing explosive is detonated. The process is carried out in the presence of drops or streams of condensed liquid (e.g. distilled water, 40 aqueous solution of ethanol, kerosene, 30 aqueous solution of glycerin), mass ratio of said liquid and explosive being (10-50):1. Then liquid is separated of thus obtained products. Quantity of said liquid is so that it provides production of structurized disperse composition, its viscosity being more than tenfold of viscosity of said liquid. Proposed composition also contains disperse phase of carbon particles having diamond-like modification. Average size of said particles is not more 4 nm.
