FIELD: magnetic treatment of liquids; can be used in devices for magnetic treatment of boiling liquid and in devices where treatment is accomplished by reciprocation of magnetic elements in containers with liquid. SUBSTANCE: unit of the device comprises a circular magnetic core and two nonmagnetic discs tightly adjoining its ends. Upper disc has a hole in its center while the magnetic core has one or more channels for passage of liquid. The opposite sides of each channel have unlike magnet poles and the lines of force of the magnetic field pass in the channels horizontally and perpendicularly to the flow of treated liquid. The efficiency of magnetic treatment of liquid can be adjusted by changing the number of channels in the magnetic core, length or cross section of channels, and by adjusting the time of treatment.
