FIELD: high- pressure machining of materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves molding a blank from nitride powder or its mixture with a high-melting material, enclosing a blank with a shell from graphite-like boron nitride and baking it under a pressure of 0.3-10 GPa with the shell thickness ranging from 0.05 to 0.5 mm. The produced articles have a microhardness of 20-90 GPa, KIC70-600 MPa/m1/2. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
