FIELD: production of ceramic materials applicable in electric industry. SUBSTANCE: method for production of ceramic material includes formation of intermediate product from finely divided powders of aluminium nitride (AlN), or its mixture with superhard material and its sintering at pressure of 1-10 MPa and temperature of 1650-2100 C for 5-20 s. Material from AlN produced under above specified conditional features thermal conductivity of 170 W/mK, dielectric permittivity 7.0; hard alloy consumption equals 2 kg per 1000 carats of product.
