FIELD: earth- moving machinery. SUBSTANCE: device has load-bearing frame suspended from base vehicle. Ground thrower is mounted on end of bearing frame. Arranged in front of ground thrower are two folding sectional working members of equal size, one of which is power dozer member, the other is ripper member, members being coupled by parallelogram suspension and controlled by common hydraulic rams. Side ripping sections are made up of vertical pillars with conical cutters mounted on pillars horizontally in tiers. Cutters and pillars are turnable in plan. Rotation of cutters with their periodical angular displacement provided by means of hydraulic rams and rack-and-pinion train makes it possible to dig ground from sides in horizontal strips with subsequent breaking of inter-tier lands by blade sections.
