FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: wave-receiving chambers with floats have the form of sleeves whose open end is submerged under the water level. Casing is made as a platform while L-shaped floats are capable of unidirectional rotation on a horizontal shaft accommodated in the sleeve. One projection of the float is either longer or heavier than the other one. All shafts are joined to one another. The step-up reduction unit is connected with shafts and with the air turbine shaft by overrunning clutches. The turbine shaft is connected to an electric generator. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
