FIELD: hoisting and fixing the cargoes. SUBSTANCE: each pair of hydraulic jacks is provided with change-over valve whose inlet is connected with one of outlets of respective hydraulic distributor. First outlet of valve is connected with piston chambers of hydraulic motors through check valves and hydraulic lines; second outlet of this valve is connected with rod chambers of the same hydraulic motors through flow divider and hydraulic locks. Flow divider outlets are connected with its inlet through check valves. Other outlet of hydraulic distributor is connected with rod chambers of the same hydraulic motors. Change-over valve has body, pressure valve, pressure spool valve and check valve interconnected by means of internal valves of body. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
