FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic control systems of transport and firing box of mine planter, for example, planter made on the powered chassis with support-turning devices to install transport and firing boxes and pivot units for their elevation by turning. Hydraulic system includes pump station, force and discharge mains with connection pipelines, hydraulic drive with hydraulic motor to rotate the support of support-turning device and hydraulic drive with hydraulic locks. Despite this, the hydraulic system also includes hydraulic cylinder for lifting by turning the transport and firing box to the tossing angle and two compensation hydraulic cylinders, located symmetrically in respect to lengthwise axis of transport and firing box to hold transport and firing box at the tossing angle and electric hydraulic dispensers. Compensation hydraulic cylinders of each transport and firing box are made according to one-side action scheme and with operation cavity. They are connected to force and discharge mains through own hydraulic lock. Operation cavity of the compensation hydraulic cylinder is connected to the valve cavity of hydraulic lock. Piston guiding cavity of hydraulic lock is connected to two-position hydraulic dispenser ensuring possibility to connect control cavity of hydraulic lock with hydraulic force and discharge lines. Under-valve cavity of hydraulic lock is connected to compensation hydraulic line aimed to connect operation cavity of compensation hydraulic cylinder with discharge main in the modes of lifting and descending of the transport and firing box. The compensation hydraulic line is characterized by constant excessive pressure. Compensation hydraulic line is connected to discharge main and pressure valve is installed between compensation hydraulic line and discharge main. Hydraulic drive of hydraulic motor is directly connected to discharge main.
EFFECT: stabilization of transport and firing box of mine planter at the tossing angle.
