FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting equipment, in particular to hydraulic drive of the unit with lifting element. The hydraulic drive (HD) contains the control system, the first three-position hydraulic control valve with electromagnetic control (TH), the first and second unilateral hydraulic locks (ULHL), the first and second flow limiters (FL), the throttle and the base-mounted, vehicle chassis-based pump unit (PU) with the tank. PU through the first TH, pressure and drain lines (L) is hydraulically connected with the stem and piston cavities of at least one hydraulic lifting cylinder (LC) of the lifting element. LC is hingedly connected respectively with the named base and LE. The pressure L, connecting PU with LC, is able to interconnect with the stem cavity of LC through the first TH in one its position and is able to interconnect with the piston cavity of LC in another position of the first TH through the series installed first FL, the first ULHL and the second FL. The first FL is designed with a possibility of flow rate limitation expense when lifting LE, and the second - when lowering LE. PU contains the unloading valve hydraulically operated by the second TH connected to the pressure L and the manual hydraulic pump. The drain L, connecting LC with PU, is able to interconnect with the piston cavity of LC through series installed second ULHL and the named throttle in the same position of the second TH. The throttle in L is installed between the second ULHL and LC. The second TH contains two slide valves which are installed in parallel with a possibility of their simultaneous movement. One of slide valves is hydraulically connected with operating unloading valve cavity, and another one - with the operating cavity of the second ULHL. PU includes the small-sized pump station containing series installed controllable axial-plunger hydraulic pump with the capacity regulator and the centrifugal hydraulic booster pump which is connected with the tank designed with a possibility of inert-gas pressurization. The invention allows to provide 2-speed mode of lowering of the lifting element (LE) at transfer of the latter from the working position into the transportation position at significant decrease of LE lowering speed at the final section of movement.
EFFECT: invention provides increase of operational characteristics and reliability of the hydraulic drive (HD).
