SUBSTANCE: prior to feeding the gas to bottle, is shall lose its weight; to this end, it shall be submerged in liquid whose density provides for zero buoyancy of bottle or it shall be sunken in liquid with the aid of weight; in this case, zero buoyancy is ensured due to compensating reservoir secured to bottle; water is forced out of this reservoir; mass of gas fed to bottle is checked by weighing it in the course of charging.
