FIELD: medicine; oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking venous blood sample, making lymphocyte suspension in autoplasma. The suspension is divided into two portions with antigen added to one of them. The antigen is prepared with some known method from scuamous cell carcinoma cutaneous tissue in end protein concentration of 26 mcg. Both portions are thermostated at 37 C during 72 h adding 3H-thymidine to both portions at end concentration of mCurie/ml 6 h before thermostating is over. Leukocyte blast transformation reaction level is determined by means of radiometric method. Stimulation index is calculated. Keratoacanthoma transformation into squamous cell carcinoma is diagnosed, if the index value is less than 0.7 or greater than 1.3. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of diagnosis.
