SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes extracting lymphocytes from patient's venous blood, carrying out lymphocyte blasttransformation reaction to antigen derived from keratoacanthoma tissue and spontaneous blastotransformation reaction, determining stimulation index as relationship between level of lymphocyte blastotransformation reaction to antigen obtained from keratoacanthoma tissue and level of spontaneous blastotransformation reaction, and surgically treating tumor whenever stimulation index values exceed unity. EFFECT: higher accuracy.
