FIELD: food production. SUBSTANCE: straw is milled, moistened and steamed and then urea, diammonium phosphate, sodium chloride and enzymes glucavamorin ГЗх, celloviridin ГЗх and yeast were added. Before steaming preliminary prepared solution made of urea, diammonium phosphate and sodium chloride were added to the milled straw. Steaming is carried out at 350-390 K for 30-50 min, then mixture is blown with gaseous mixture and its moisture is maintained up to 30-40% at 315-325 K for 40-60 min. Gel-like solution prepared of indicated enzymes with relative density 30-35% is added to the steamed straw which is blown then with gaseous mixture for 90-120 min up to the moisture 45-55% and mixture temperature is brought about up to 300-305 K. Fermentation of food mixture is carried out also combined with blowing with gaseous mixture for 90-120 min up to the moisture of obtained fodder 65-70% EFFECT: improved method of fodder preparing. 3 cl, 2 tbl
