SUBSTANCE: method involves loading raw materials into a container, transporting and placing them into containers, wetting, introducing dissolved chemical reagents, heat treatment, aeration, fermentation and yeasting. The raw material is transported and placed in the chamber by a stream of air while wetting, fermentation and yeasting are carried out stage by stage. The device comprises cylindrical chamber 3, a perforated loading unit, an unloading unit with hatches in the chamber, a unit for delivery of liquid reagents, and units for aeration, air discharge, heat treatment and mixing in the form of an auger. The loading hole is located in one of the bases of chamber 3. The specific area of holes in the perforated pipe along the chamber axis per its unit of length grows towards the loading unit which is made in the form of a pneumatic conveyor. Auger blades 7 and 8 are combined into two opposite groups converging in the section plane of unloading hatches and are secured to the internal surface of the chamber. The profiled auger blades have projections and are provided with holes. The number of blades does not exceed 12. The spring-loaded air outlet valves are disposed in the chamber base opposite the loading hole.
