Abstract RU 2050339 C1

FIELD: ceramic superconducting fibres production. SUBSTANCE: powder of preliminary synthesized superconductor of given composition (mainly Y0,3BaCu0,7O3, BiSrCaCu2O, LaB2CuO4,, with B Sr or Ba or Ca) is placed in tube of quartz or siliceous glass, hermetically sealed, heated up to melting and exercise combined drawing with usage of local heating during feeding of oxygen-bearing gas under partial pressure of 200 760 mmHg and temperature of 1100 2200 C. In the case, to produce multichannel cable. produced threads are collected in bundle, that is placed in tube of given glass and then the combination is subjected to drawing under the same temperatures and then glass layer from surface is removed by etching. As a version superconductor threads are combined with covered with layer of given glass copper fibres, placed together in given glass tube and subjected to drawing. As a result they produce copper die with situated in it threads of superconductor. EFFECT: increased productivity.
