FIELD: preparing sulfonated cation-exchange resin on the basis of styrene and divinylbenzene copolymer. SUBSTANCE: swelling with divinylbenzene is carried out in dichloroethane in the presence of 83-88% sulfuric acid, then at 60-75 C oleum is added for 5-30 min and sulfonation is carried out at 90-125 C. EFFECT: improved method of sulfocationite preparing.
