FIELD: connecting of metallic surfaces by anaerobic compositions. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying of anaerobic composition at least on one of the surfaces to be connected. The process is followed by connection of said surfaces. Proposed composition contains (meth)acrylic monomer. Said connection is carried out in the presence of grafted copolymer, its quantity being 30-50 mass parts per 100 mass parts of said anaerobic composition. Mentioned above grafted copolymer contains 10-60 mass of vinyl chloride per 40-90 mass of rubber elastomer. The latter compound contains 67-74 mass of butadiene units and 26-33 mass of styrene units, or 31-37 mass of piperylene units, 30-36 mass of butadiene units and 27-39 mass of styrene units.
