FIELD: production of modifying agent for polyvinyl chloride. SUBSTANCE: graft polymerization of vinyl chloride or methyl metacrylate on latex of rubber elastomer is carried out, mass ratio of monomer and elastomer being 5-30: 95-70 respectively. Said polymerization takes place in the presence of radical initiator and 0.1-1.3 % of elastomer. Said elastomer is chosen of group which includes 4-methyl-2,6-di-tert-butyl-phenol, 4-methoxy-2,6-di-tret-butyl-phenol, 2,2′-methylene-bis/4-methyl-6-tert-butyl-phenol/. Copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile at their mass ratio 80-55:20-45 respectively is used as said rubber elastomer. EFFECT: improved efficiency.
