FIELD: analysis of materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves installing heat resistant capillary tube rigidly before sucking out aerosol from the examined point of a spray or jet. The aerosol is sucked out through a tube at a volumetric consumption of 1-50 сm3/s. In the course of precipitation of aerosol particles the backing is moved intermittently in one direction. Time of stationary state of the backing is at least one order of magnitude longer that its time of movement. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
