FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves aerosol application of bioactive substance (growth regulating agents, fungicides, herbicides and trace elements) on plant surface. Method involves formation of linear-drawn aerosol cloud (wave) along windward edge of treatment stripe at typical nocturnal stable or neutral stratification of surface atmosphere. For each specific stripe treatment the used particles of bioactive substance have optimal sizes. Aerosol cloud is made of particles of mean sizes 10-15 mcm, 18-25 mcm and 30-40 mcm at stripe width to be treated 2000 m, 1000 m and 100-200 m, respectively. Choice of optimal ranges of particle sizes for specific stripes to be treated decreases specific consumption of bioactive substances by 20-35% as compared with the known methods of their using. Output of method increases that by aviaspraying by 2-6-fold and that of ground spraying - by 10-60-fold. EFFECT: improved method of plant treatment, increased yield and accelerated maturation of agriculture crops, improved control of plant against sicknesses and weeds. 3 cl
