SUBSTANCE: method involves incubating soil sample in closed capsule at 40-100% humidity relative to the total moisture capacity, measuring both biophilic component available for being mineralized, when the process is over, and its inaccessible form contents, estimating the availability degree from their ratio. Introduction of associative culture of thermophilic microorganisms before the incubation in the amount of 0.15-1.0 milliard per 1 g of soil into the capsule to carry out incubation at 85 ± 3 C is considered to be new.
