FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves harvesting basic crop; applying organic material and mineral fertilizer, with carbon (C), nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) ratio characteristic of natural deciduous plant communities of given soil and climatic zone being observed; providing watering for maintaining moisture content of 40-cm soil layer within the range of 70-80% of minimum moisture capacity for 2-8 weeks upon applying of fertilizer. Method allows nutrient substance stock in the form of humus in soil and soil fertility to be increased by setting ecological balance between mineralization processes during farm crop cultivation period, which normally resulted in decrease of humus stock, and by immobilization resulting in humus accumulation during postharvest period.
